We are Rachel and Simon, the founders of Replenish. Our journey towards the opening of Replenish has been a steady and gradual realisation that it is true you have to be the change you want to see in others. We have been inspired to undertake this journey by those who have pioneered this concept before us. Our aspiration is to inspire people in our community to embrace minimising the waste they generate by providing them with an alternative to the traditional supermarket model. We aim to support local food producers where possible and support our community to move towards less plastic waste.
