Easy 3 Ingredient Tortilla Flat Bread
This is our go to recipe for Tortilla’s. They are great with chilli’s, curries, stews or just used as wraps. Best part is they are delicious fresh or they can be frozen for a later meal.
Ingredients
2.5 cups Self Raising Flour
1.5 cups Natural Yogurt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until an elastic dough forms.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces, then roll each one out into a round about 5mm thick on a lightly floured surface.
Heat a medium fry pan over high heat.
Add one tortilla at a time.
Cook until bubbles rise on the surface then flip over and cook until golden.
Watch them carefully as they will burn quickly if left.
Serve warm with a little butter if desired.
